We’re growing! Big Dog is excited to move out of our home and into an office in the Associated Builders and Contractors building in Coconut Creek. Our grand opening “leash cutting” was officiated by Coconut Creek mayor Becky Tooley.
What do you do with “wasted” soaring ceiling space when you want more usable square footage in your home? If you are Lori Parrish, you create a loft as Big Dog did in her Southwest Ranches home. The new loft provided the family with a second floor office/family room. Additionally, the narrow staircase was widened and completely replaced including a new railing. As an added bonus, the new lower kitchen ceiling now can hold a pot rack. Check it out.
When the original design was presented for this office on the 23rd floor of the Broward Financial Center, the perimeter offices were treated with wood doors and small windows. After demolition at the suggestion of Dave Rosenof, the owners along with MPA designs redesigned the suite to take full advantage of the spectacular views of the ocean and the city.
