Happy “National Dog Day”

At Big Dog Construction Services, we thematically celebrate dogs every day. However, August 26th is the official National Dog Day. This day is meant to celebrate all breeds, pure and mixed and serves to help galvanize the public to recognize the number of dogs that need to be rescued each year. National Dog Day honors family dogs and dogs that work selflessly to save lives, keep us safe and bring comfort. Dogs put their lives on the line every day – for their law enforcement partner, for their blind companion, for the disabled, for our freedom and safety by detecting bombs and drugs and pulling victims of tragedy from wreckage.

In honor of these wonderful companions, please consider adopting a rescue dog today. And be sure to give your current dogs a little extra love and attention!

Parkland Water Damage Restoration

After more than a year of fighting with the insurance company, work is finally under way to repair damage due to flooding in this Parkland home. When complete, the home should be better than it was before!

Southwest Ranches Loft

One of our favorite clients recently purchased a new home in Southwest Ranches. Rather than enjoying the spacious double-high ceiling height in the kitchen, they decided that the space would be better utilized by having a loft on the second floor.

Our project included protecting the existing areas of the home, moving a wall in the laundry room to widen the stairs, adding the loft and then finishing the space with engineered wood flooring.

Stay tuned to check on the progress.

Have a Smile on Your Face

A wagging tail is a sure sign that a dog wants to meet or play. Greet others with a smile on your face and a warm and welcoming attitude. You’ll make a great first impression and be welcomed into any group.

Tovah Rosenof

Welcome Tovah Rosenof!

Congratulations to Michael and Dina Rosenof–and welcome to our first niece, Tovah Rosenof.

Thankfully she is still too young to lift the hammer to hurt herself, but she is already showing that women want tools, too!
