Big Dog was honored to receive an Eagle Award in the “Luxury Residential” category for our construction of a Fort Lauderdale residence.
Designed by renowned Kobi Karp Architecture and constructed by Big Dog Construction Services, this 13,699 sq. ft. fully automated “Smart house” sits on the Intracoastal in Ft. Lauderdale. Unique finishes include pivot front door, frameless interior doors, zero base, free-form hand-sculpted custom plaster 3-story staircase, full stainless catering kitchen, tub carved out of travertine, gym with sauna, 900-gallon aquarium, elevator, cove lighting, infinity pool and two outdoor kitchens.
