This minor league spring training facility was built for the Washington Nationals and the Houston Astros.
The initial project was partially completed before spring training in 2017. After spring training, Big Dog provided over 10,000 hours of painting, pressure cleaning, punch list and carpentry manpower. This assistance aided in completion of the initial work scope as well as additional repairs required after the 2018 spring training season.
