Phase 1 of Kol Tikvah’s campus included 25,000 sq. ft. of space for classrooms, offices and prayer.
Dave Rosenof worked with a committee to translate the congregation’s needs into a written program. Dave served as liaison with the architect and contractor, Dooley Mack, to translate those needs into reality. He also created and monitored the owner’s schedule and budget.
This work was completed by Dave while working on a volunteer basis as Owner’s Representative.
