This beautiful remodel on Intracoastal Drive included many interior renovations to the two-story residence – kitchen and bathrooms, as well as flooring throughout.
Exterior renovations included smoothing out of all exterior stucco as well as new tile and refinishing on the pool and outdoor spa.
A new cable rail fence was added to the dock. Aluminum fencing was installed on the north and south side. A stucco gate and decorate fence were added to the front of the property.
Extensive landscaping and new pavers in the front and back completed the new look.
