The Miramar City Hall project was nearing completion and assistance was needed to bring the project into schedule compliance on various trades such as finishes, landscaping, etc.
Dave Rosenof was brought in as Project Manager to expedite and compress a schedule that had been slipping.
This work was completed by Dave while employed by Centex Rooney Construction Company.
