This Southwest Ranches interior renovation sought to utilize “wasted” space above the kitchen. Big Dog created a new loft that provided a second floor office/family room. The narrow staircase was widened and completely replaced which included a new railing to complete the look.
As an added bonus, the newly lowered kitchen ceiling can now hold a pot rack and the kitchen cabinets were extended.
