Built a $6 million new parish hall in Wellington to replace temporary trailers. Facility included kitchenette and gift shop.
Dave Rosenof had oversight responsibilities for managing a staff of four who in turn managed the projects for the Diocese of Palm Beach. Dave was personally responsible for writing, negotiating and finalizing contracts. He also had final approval of budgets, change orders and draws to the owner.
This work was completed while Dave was employed by Hunter Construction Services.
