Tao was West Broward’s first luxury living residential high-rise with 396 units of one-, two- and three-bedrooms in two 26-story towers, plus resort-like amenities. Tao was recognized as Florida’s Luxury Residential High Rise Project of the Year in May 2006 by the Developers and Builders Alliance. The Sunrise project was completed during the height of the condo boom where the project competed with others for available resources, yet still came in on time and within budget.
As Vice President of Construction/Owner’s Representative, Dave Rosenof was responsible for all government approvals at the state and local levels. Dave led a team of architects, engineers and consultants, as well as marketing, leasing and finance professionals. He wrote and negotiated contracts with all consultants and contractors. Dave was responsible for budget, schedule and quality control.
