The Rotunda is a 30-room, 15,000 sq. ft. Georgian-inspired estate built for the CFO of The Limited. The private residence was built on 60 acres in New Albany, Ohio at a cost of $47 million.
As Project Manager, Dave Rosenof was responsible for onsite estimating, sourcing, contract negotiations, and budget control.
