This project is a 6,000 sq. ft. renovation to US Foods in Boca Raton. The existing product demonstration kitchen and training rooms were demolished and remodeled. A portion of the existing office was converted into more training rooms, a kitchen prep area, pantry, and storage. Civil work was required to tie in new plumbing to the existing plumbing infrastructure.
This comprehensive project included the following new systems:
- Mechanical system, with Roof Top Units (RTUs)
- Ventilation hood
- LP gas tank and system for cook line
- Ansul fire suppression
- Electrical and lighting control systems
