This $18 million prestigious luxury condominium in the heart of Coral Gables offered 32 units, each with a semi-private elevator.
As Vice President-Construction/Owner’s Representative, Dave Rosenof wrote and negotiated contracts with consultants and contractors. He was also responsible for budget, schedule, quality control and overcoming the logistics of building in a congested urban area.
