As Vice President-Construction/Owner’s Representative, David Rosenof wrote and negotiated contracts with consultants and contractors. He was also responsible for budget, schedule, quality control and overcoming the logistics of building in a congested urban area.
This work was completed while Dave Rosenof was employed by Weitzer Communities.
