This 150,000 sq. ft. office tower spanned 12 stories in Fort Lauderdale’s downtown Higher Education Complex. The facility serves to combine the resources of Broward College and Florida Atlantic University.
The building also housed executive suites for both institutions on the top floor. Many design decisions were motivated by the desire to maintain environmental consciousness, including the building’s orientation, the open stairway and the use of “Low-E” glass.
As Preconstruction Manager, Dave Rosenof worked with the design and construction teams to analyze the budget and constructability.
