Florida Memorial University Central Energy Plant

Construction of a new central energy plant on a performance contract basis, including a chilled water system and loop for the entire campus, tying into new and existing buildings. Centralization of these functions is projected to result in $7 million in energy cost savings over the next 10 years.

As Senior Project Manager, Dave Rosenof mentored the engineering team in purchasing, contract negotiations, design reviews and budget control.

This work was completed by Dave while employed by Siemens Industry.
