Big Dog served as the owner’s representative on this 10,000+ sq. ft. new residence on Key Drive in Ft. Lauderdale. Our team worked alongside the General Contractor to observe, report, and advise the owner on all matters related to building this residence.
We attended project status meetings at the job site, provided progress photos, as well as collected and organized all required documentation. Prior to the owner paying an invoice submitted by the construction contractor, Big Dog reviewed the invoice line-by-line to confirm the work had been completed properly. We also made sure that all releases of liens have been acquired.
Although the contractor has completed construction, Big Dog is now managing additional work the owner is requesting.
