Dave Rosenof represented the developer during the design, development and construction of two strip centers in rural Ohio. The Ohio Valley Strip Center was built in Gallipolis and the River Valley Strip Center was built in Lancaster.
As Construction Manager/Owner’s Representative, Dave negotiated contracts with architects and contractors. He served as liaison with leasing agents to ensure tenant improvements were properly constructed and in a timely manner. He was also responsible for ongoing maintenance of the centers.
This work was completed while Dave was employed by David Glimcher and Associates.
