Built a new $3.5 million parish hall on an existing campus in Royal Palm Beach. Work was done on an occupied campus and a safe environment was maintained, resulting in no safety incidents.
Dave Rosenof had oversight responsibilities for managing a staff of four who in turn managed the projects for the Diocese of Palm Beach. Dave was personally responsible for writing, negotiating and finalizing contracts. I also had final approval of budgets, change orders and draws to the owner.
This work was completed while Dave was employed by Hunter Construction Services.
