Rockridge Capital LLC

Rockridge Capital, based in Milford, CT., leased the 23rd floor of the Broward Financial Center. The Frederick A. DeLuca Foundation was also headquartered in the space. The project had been designed and bid according to plans with little input from the owner who had yet to relocate to the area.

On a routine visit after demolition, the owner discovered the office’s spectacular views of the ocean, beach and airport. Big Dog worked with the glass contractor to redesign the perimeter office walls to take advantage of panoramic views from every corner of the office. With minimal disruptions, the project was essentially redesigned and constructed with the views in mind.

Our team managed the self-performed and subcontracted work to demolish the existing and build out the new office space.

Big Dog won an ABC Pyramid Award for Excellence in Construction for this project.
