A soccer field was converted to a 3-story, 186-car student parking garage. Extensive pre-planning and use of pre-cast panels enabled this project to move from permit to Certificate of Occupancy in 46 days. Work was done on an occupied school campus. A safe environment was maintained.
This work was completed by Dave Rosenof while employed by Centex Rooney Construction Company.
